WELCOME TO Lima Community Improvement Corporation
Restoring and rebuilding Lima’s neighborhoods through collaboration and inclusion to insure that all residents can live in healthy, vibrant, safe diverse and affordable neighborhoods.
Additionally, we know that owning a home requires on going maintenance and financial commitment; therefore the LCIC will offer an array of loan and grant programs that can assist homeowners in keeping their homes as well as improving the efficiency of those homes.
WHO WE ARE
CREATING SMILES, BUILDING TOMORROW
“The Lima Community Improvement Corporation (LCIC) Is A Vital Entity Dedicated To Enhancing The Economic And Social Landscape Of Lima And Its Surrounding Communities.” With “The Lima Community Improvement Corporation (LCIC) is a 501©3 not-for-profit corporation organized as a component unit of the City of Lima. Our mission is to create economically diverse neighborhoods filled with financially empowered citizens and housing for all.”
Our goal is to develop and rehab housing with the City of Lima. As we work to revitalize Lima’s neighborhoods, we will create programs for home repairs, remove blighted homes from the city and replace these blighted homes with new homes. At the LCIC we believe that everyone has the right to safe and secure housing, and we are constantly searching for opportunities that will increase the number of quality affordable housing units for our residents.
